These terms govern the relationship between Allexor (the “Agency”) and its clients (the “Client”). By engaging Allexor for any service, the Client agrees to the policies and conditions outlined below. Last updated: April 2026.

Terms & Conditions

01 — Payment Policy

Upfront Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any work commences. This deposit secures your project slot and covers initial planning, research, and strategy.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to the final delivery, launch, or handover of assets, unless a separate milestone-based payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Methods

All payment details will be shared in the official invoice. Work will not begin until the deposit payment is confirmed.

02 — Refund Policy

3-Day Refund Window

The Client may request a full refund of the upfront deposit within 3 business days of payment, provided that no significant work has commenced (e.g., no design, development, strategy documents, or deliverables have been produced).

No Refund After 3 Days

After 3 business days from the date of payment, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind, change in business direction, or dissatisfaction with initial concepts, unless Allexor is in material breach of the agreed scope.

03 — Client Responsiveness

30-Day Inactivity Rule

If a Client becomes unresponsive, meaning they have failed to reply to emails, messages, or calls for more than 30 consecutive calendar days, Allexor reserves the right to formally close the project without any financial, legal, or reputational consequences to the Agency.

Project Closure Notice

Before closure, Allexor will make a minimum of 3 documented contact attempts across available channels (email, WhatsApp, phone) within the 30-day window.

No Refund on Closure

Projects closed due to client inactivity are not eligible for a refund of any previously paid amounts. Any partially completed work may be retained by the Agency.

Restart Fee

If the Client wishes to restart a closed project, a new agreement and a fresh deposit will be required.

04 — Project Timeline & Delays

Agreed Timeline

All projects operate on a mutually agreed timeline documented at the start of the engagement. Allexor is committed to delivering within this agreed schedule.

Client-Side Delays

If delays arise due to the Client, including but not limited to late provision of content, feedback, approvals, credentials, or assets, the Client assumes full liability for resulting timeline overruns. Allexor will not be held responsible for missed deadlines caused by client-side bottlenecks.

Agency-Side Delays

In the event Allexor anticipates a delay on its end, the Client will be notified promptly in writing with a revised delivery estimate.

Hosting & Launch

For web development projects, the live hosting and launch date will be jointly agreed upon in writing. Any delays attributable to the Client (domain, hosting access, content approvals) will shift the launch date accordingly without penalty to the Agency.

05 — Revisions & Scope

Revision Rounds

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at the Agency’s standard hourly rate.

Scope Changes

Any additions to the original project scope after work has commenced are considered change requests and require a new written agreement and may attract additional fees.

06 — Intellectual Property

Ownership on Full Payment

Full intellectual property rights for all deliverables are transferred to the Client only upon receipt of the final payment in full.

Portfolio Rights

Allexor retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

Third-Party Assets

The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and licenses for any third-party assets (images, fonts, copy) they supply to the Agency.

07 — Confidentiality

Mutual NDA

Both parties agree to treat all shared business information, strategies, and data as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

Data Security

Any access credentials (social media accounts, ad accounts, website backends) shared with Allexor will be handled securely and deleted upon project completion.

08 — Termination

Termination by Client

The Client may terminate the agreement at any time in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable. The deposit is forfeited in all cases.

Termination by Agency

Allexor reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client acts in bad faith, engages in abusive conduct toward staff, or fails to meet payment obligations. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you contact us or engage our services, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name, project requirements, and any other information you voluntarily provide.

We also collect non-personal data through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand website traffic and improve user experience.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: respond to enquiries, scope and deliver projects, send invoices and project updates, and improve our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies for analytics and retargeting purposes (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel). By continuing to use this website, you consent to the use of these cookies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may affect website functionality.

Data Retention & Security

We retain client data for a period of 2 years after project completion for record-keeping purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Changes to This Policy

Allexor reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
